Update: Saturday December 10th, 1:40pm

I spoke with the neurologist and went over Mike's CT brain scans with her. There are just so many little hemorrhages in so many places of the brain, it's hard to say how he will be affected cognitively and motor skills-wise until he wakes up and shows us. The good news is, the hemorrhages are no longer growing.

Mike tolerated being flat for 1.5 hours without a dramatic increase in pressure on the brain, so he is cleared to get that MRI which will give us more information.

He is completely off sedation and lower on pain meds (for the purpose of the next brain scan) but not waking up. He is showing some reaction in the left pupil, although sluggish, and some minor movements on the left side - huge improvement there!

His right arm has been moving more and more as well, not sure if it’s involuntary or not.

Our Dad arrived in town last night and was able to spend time with him today and get to know his condition. It feels good to send him our love together.
